The CoastRider V2 is a Class 3 mobility scooter, fully street and pavement legal, meaning you don't need a driving licence, insurance, or to pay road tax to operate it. Designed for both road and footpath use, the CoastRider V2 offers an affordable long-range solution, capable of speeds up to 15 mph (EU) / 8 mph (UK) and a range of up to 45 miles on a single charge.
Powered by a 500W electric motor, it can tackle inclines of up to 18 degrees. The scooter also features an automatic braking system and robust front and rear suspension for a smooth, safe ride. The CoastRider V2 is built for reliability, offering both high performance and ease of use.
With a sleek, upgraded modern design, the scooter comes equipped with a range of practical features, including an optional rain cover, phone holder, bottle holder, a locking under-seat storage compartment, a padded seat, optional GPS tracking system, autostart key fob operation and LED lights.
The Coastrider is user-friendly, just like any other rechargeable device. It includes a built-in security system with a key fob for arming and disarming (with remote control and alarm), a full lighting system (low/high headlights, taillights, and indicators), a speed controller for both footpath and road use, rear-view mirrors, and a dual handbrake system for added safety. It supports riders up to 28 stone, ensuring comfort and stability for a secure ride.
